Q, What’s my background?

I gained my BA Hon’s Degree at Coventry University and after a couple of different sales roles, embarked upon a career in recruitment with the ATA Group.
After gaining a management position, I moved on to other senior roles with both TMP Worldwide and Vital Resources

In 2002 I became a founding member of Redshore.
