Q, What’s my background?

I am a Rolls Royce apprentice trained engineer who studied for a Masters degree in Advanced Manufacturing Management. I moved into the recruitment industry in 1994 with the ATA Group, rising to senior management level, becoming part of the flotation team that took the ATA Group to AIM (Alternative Investors Market).

Q, How long have I been with Redshore?

In 2002, along with Mark and Scott, I established Redshore Search Consultants where I have assisted many engineering based organisations in improving their businesses by recruiting the best possible candidates available to them.
